But I have to wonder who will be able to shop there, given our economic straits. Strangely, we've had a vigorous debate about the ability of residents to afford their tax increase for next year's budget, but the shopping plazas on Universal Drive are always hopping, and all of the restaurants are packed on evenings and weekends, so far as I can tell.
